On Equify, you can link your documents to other objects in the application (Accounts, Events, Transactions, etc.) or share them with one or more account holders.
ShareWhen a document is shared with an Account Holder, they can view it by logging into their Equify user account.
Make sure you do not share confidential documents with Account Holders who are not entitled to view them.
⚠️ NB: When a document is sent for signature to an Account Holder via Equify, it is automatically shared with them.

The linking feature allows you to create logical connections between your different objects on Equify. When you link a document to another object in the application, you can find it directly via that object's side panel.
This feature enables you to quickly access a document linked to a security, an account or even a transaction, without having to use the Library.
💡 From a document's sidebar, you can see the list of account holders it has been shared with, and the objects it is linked to.
