What are the different access types on Equify?
There are 4 main types of administrator access on Equify:
Role type
Description | Skills |
Corporation Owner |
This role should be assigned to the person intended to serve as the key point of contact between the client and the Equify teams regarding account management, other users’ access rights, and billing matters. In most cases, this role should be assigned to the company’s executive, legal director, or finance director, depending on the client’s organization. |
| Supervisor | This role should be assigned to individuals responsible for keeping the company workspace up to date while also being able to manage other administrators’ access. |
| Editor | This role should be assigned to individuals responsible for keeping the company workspace up to date without needing to modify administrators’ access. |
| Observor | This role is strictly view-only. It allows users to view any item in the platform and export data, but it does not allow editing. |
⚠️ The Corporation Owner role is assigned directly by the Equify team and cannot be transferred or removed unless expressly requested.
If no Corporation Owner has been designated, or if a new access with this role needs to be created, please contact us at support@equify.eu and let us know which individuals should be assigned.
