      Introductory course 1 - objects : accounts, securities, pools and transactions

      On Equify, there are several types of objects:

      ➡️ These objects will be linked together by a transaction (grant, exercise, subscription, etc)


      For example, if you want to create a Stock-Option grant for an employee who is very good at magic, you will need to create the following objects:

      • title : Stock Option 2020 
      • pool: Stock Option 2020 Pool
      • account: Albus Dumbledore

      you can then create a grant transaction.


      Once you have added your transaction, 3 things will happen: 

      • your capitalisation table is updated ✅
      • the account portfolio is updated ✅
      • transactions ledger is updated ✅
