Presentation of the Equify holder space

Welcome to Equify!

The company in which you hold shares uses Equify to manage its shareholding. Find out in this article a quick overview of your holder space!

My dashboard page and my holdings

View the allocation of your securities. You can click on the securities and see the information associated with them (including the vesting schedule for securities that have one).

Here we see that Elise holds 25 BSPCEs, and has already exercised 75 of them, which have become Common Shares in her stock portfolio.

My operations 

This menu displays the list of past and future transactions.

• Elise's BSPCE were granted in October 2021,
• their exercise which took place in March 2022,
• the expiration of her remaining BSPCE shares (which have an expiration period of 10 years) will occur in 2031, if they are not exercised

My documents

In this menu, all the documents concerning Elise: her grant letter and the rules of the BSPCE plan from which she benefited, the subscription form for ordinary shares when she exercised, and an updated account holder statement, generated by her Equify administrator.

Information about the company in which I hold shares

Here you will find information about the company in which you hold shares.

My notifications

The bell icon at the top right shows two types of notifications:

• Task notifications: on which you have an action to perform before they disappear (sign a document, confirm your presence at a governance event)
• Information notifications: for consultation only, which disappear once read (cancellation of a governance event...)

My account user settings (language and email)

Here you can change your first and last name as well as your email address for the account holder. Changing the first and last name does not change the name of the account holder, which is managed by the administrator.
