I can't find my Equify invitation email

This article is for you if:
  • You have been notified that an Equify account has been opened for you (to sign documents, view your holdings, attend a governance meeting,...)
  • but can't find your invitation email in your email box 

     

    1️⃣ Check your spam or junk mail folder. 

    Despite the quality of our verve, it can happen that some of our clients find our emails in their junk mail.

    2️⃣ Make sure you are on the correct email box.

    Indeed, maybe a different email address has been given to you by the administrator, if he has several for you (personal and professional for example).

    👉 The invitation email may be on this other email box: don't hesitate to check your different inboxes.

    ⚠️ To do this, check with the person who notified you of your account opening which email address was used to open your account.

     


    3️⃣ Your administrator has confirmed which email address was entered for you but you still can't find the email?

    No problem, you can create an account without using email: just go to this registration page.
