How to edit or delete a document?

You can edit a document (type, additional information, links, etc), or delete it.

To edit your document:

1️⃣. Search for your document:
  • In the Library section, using the folders on the left and the provided filters, or directly via the search bar.
  • Elsewhere in the application: in your Timeline, by clicking on the related event, or in the left menu of another object (security, pool, account, etc)
2️⃣. Once you have found your document, click on the "..." at the end of the line and then on Edit.

3️⃣. A window appears, allowing you to edit or delete the document:

  • To delete it, click the Delete button then validate by pressing the Delete button.
  • To edit the information of the document, simply place yourself in the field to be edited.
    Once you have finished editing, click Save.

To edit several documents at the same time, select the documents you wish to edit by ticking the boxes to the left of their names, then click the Edit button at the top right of your screen.
