① Go to the Securities tab
In the left-hand menu, go to Capitalization, then select Securities.
② Edit the selected security
For the relevant security, click on the three dots at the end of the line, then click Edit.
③ A modal opens allowing you to edit or delete the security
You can modify:

the security details
-
the departure plan
⚠️ It is not possible to modify or add a vesting condition if the security is linked to transactions.
Deleting a security
To delete the security, click the Delete button, then type Delete in the dedicated field and click Delete again.
⚠️ Warning: it is not possible to delete a security that is used in one or more existing transactions. If you still want to delete this security, you must first delete the transactions involving it.
