You can edit :
- the relationship of the account with the company (founder, investor, employee, etc)
- the account holder's information (name, surname, address, etc.)
- contact information and their access to the account (account access)
To edit the relationship:
- Click on the "Edit relation" button or on the 3 small dots and then "Edit relation".
- Click on the button "Edit informations" or on the 3 small dots then "Edit informations"
- Click on the "Manage contacts" button or on the 3 small dots then "Manage contacts"
💡If a contact has already validated their email address, you can still edit the existing email, add a new one or delete the contact.
If you delete the contact, they will no longer have access to their account in your company.
How do I delete an account?
There are very few instances for account deletion.
Even if the account is no longer a shareholder of your company, it should not be deleted as this would invalidate your transactions ledger and the history of your capitalisation table.
Accounts that are no longer present in the capitalisation table are not charged.
💡If you need to delete an account for GDPR reasons, the best way to do this is to anonymise the holder's details by removing their personal information.
If you still wish to delete an account:
On the relevant account, click on the 3 small dots at the end of the line and then click on Edit.
A window will appear, allowing you to edit or delete the account.
💡It is not possible to delete an account that owns securities. If you still want to delete this account, you will first have to delete the transactions that involve them.
