You have sent a document for a holder to sign.
💡Once the holder signs the document, an electronic signature evidence file is automatically created: this document contains all of the information on the signature process' unfolding.
Here is how to to download the evidence file:
1️⃣Got to the Library and click on the document
2️⃣Click on the "..." at the end of the line, and then click the Electronic signature evidence file button
💡 What does an evidence file contain?
- General information on the process: name, ID number, creation date, expiration date.
- List of signers: validator, signer.
- Information on the signer: name, surname, email, phone number, IP address.
- Information on the signer's authentification: authentification mode, message sent, time of validation.
- The certificate.
- Information on the signed documents: name, ID, type, consent protocol.
