To create a group :
1️⃣ In the left menu, choose Governance then Groups.
2️⃣ In the upper right corner, click on + New Group.
3️⃣ Indicate the name you want to give to this group (shareholders, board of directors, strategic committee,etc)
4️⃣ Select your voters type :
- if they are directors, indicate the following for each :
- the holder
- the contact : to which e-mail address should we send an invitation?
- role within the group: president, member, etc
- start of mandate (optional)
- end of mandate (optional)
💡Directors: for your boards, choose a group of directors by entering the start and end dates of each director.
- if they are security holders, indicate the securities concerned.
💡Security holders: groups composed of security holders are active groups, they include the holders of the relevant securities at the date of the meeting.
5️⃣ Add your observers if any (optional).
💡Observers: people present at the meeting, but not voting
6️⃣ Click Save, your group will appear in a few moments in your Groups sub-menu.
