A newcomer in your Cap table?
Here's how to create a new account on Equify:
1️⃣ From any page on your dashboard, click on the + Add button on the top right corner of your interface and then click on Accounts.
2️⃣ Fill in the information about the new account:
- Is it a Physical person or a Legal entity (company or investment vehicle)?
- What is the nature of the relationship the account has with the company? (Seed investor, advisor, employee,...)
💡 If none of the offered relationships corresponds to your needs, please feel free to write to us via the chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org
- And finally, create the holder of this account if it is not already in the drop down list.
3️⃣ Once you have completed the information, click on Save: your account is now created!
💡To add several accounts at once, click on the + Add button in the corresponding type to add as many lines as needed. You also have the option to copy and paste from an Excel table.
⚠️ By default, creating an account does not imply opening an access to the application. If you want to allow new contacts to view their account and to consult and sign their documents on their personal Equify space, you simply have to invite them to Equify.
