To add a pool:
1️⃣In the left menu, choose Capitalisation then Pools
2️⃣At the top right, click on the button + New pool: a window opens.
3️⃣Fill in the parameters of your pool.
❓What is a returnable award?
A returnable award means that, among the securities that have been granted within a pool, those that have been terminated or that expired because of an employee's departure, can be granted again. This information is determined during the General Assembly that decides on the creation of the pool. If an equity award is not returnable (most cases), the securities can not be granted again as they can not rejoin the pool upon termination or expiration.
4️⃣ Click the Save button: your pool is created!
