In order to add your transactions on Equify, you must create the corresponding security first:
1️⃣ In the left menu, select Capitalisation, then Securities.
2️⃣ In the upper right corner, click the + New security button.
3️⃣ Choose the type of security you wish to create in the provided list:
- Shares: ordinary shares, preferred shares
- Equity awards: stock-options, warrants with vesting schedule, free shares
- Other securities: phantom shares, warrants, convertible notes
4️⃣ Setup the details of your security
5️⃣ Setup the vesting details if relevant
6️⃣ For equity awards, setup the rules that apply in case of the holder departure
7️⃣ Select Save : your security is live!
❓ How to add a share with detachable warrant?
You will have to add the share and the detachable warrant separately (Other securities > Warrant and then Ordinary share/Preferred share).
