1️⃣ Create your events in Timeline

Add a first event for the capital increase decision :

  • Name : Unanimous decision of the partners : decision 1 + decision 2

💡 Be explicit about the decisions taken in the governance event.

Unanimous decision of the partners : Decision to increase the capital + Stock Split

  • Labels : Governance
Add a second event for capital transactions :

The second event will group the subscriptions made following the decision of the partners to increase the capital. It will include the subscription operations that will be set up in the application as well as the related subscription forms.

  • Name : Capital increase: Issue and subscription of ABSAs R06-21
  • Date : the date to be entered in this event corresponds to the date of registration of the subscription operations in your register. You will find this date in the certificate of deposit of the funds which is communicated to you by the bank.
  • Labels : Capital
Add a third event for the recognition of the realisation of the capital :

The third event corresponds to the acknowledgement of the final realisation of the capital increase, and the correlative modification of the articles of association (after signature of the subscription forms and delivery of the certificate of deposit).

  • Name : Decision of the Chairman - Recording of the final realisation of the capital increase
  • Labels : Governance

💡 If you have not yet note the increase, you can skip this step and transcribe it once you have the legal documents.

2️⃣ Add your underwriting transactions & documents

💡 At the final step of the transaction you can link it to the event previously created.
