Here is the procedure to follow:
1️⃣ Create the exercise transaction if applicable.
2️⃣ Create the sale transaction.

The exercise transaction
To add an Exercise transaction :
1️⃣ Click on the + Add button at the top right of your interface and then click on Operation > Exercise.
2️⃣ Set up the details of your transaction by indicating:
- The date of the exercise
- The title exercised (by ticking the relevant box)
- The title obtained
- The account concerned
- The quantity exercised
3️⃣ Add the documents related to the transaction: you can import them from your computer or, if previously added, select them from the Equify library.
💡If you want to e-sign an Exercise Form with the beneficiary's information and the details of his exercise, you have to select or import a template with smartfields and electronic signature at this step.
4️⃣ If you want to have documents related to the transaction signed directly on Equify, you can do so during this step.
📚 How do I prepare and then send documents for signing on Equify?
5️⃣ The last step is to link your transaction to an Event (new or existing), then Save!
The Sale transaction
To do this:
1️⃣ From any page of your space, click on the + Add button located at the top right of your interface and then click on Operation > Transfer/Sale.
2️⃣ Set up the details of your transaction by indicating:
- Type: sale
- The date
- The security sold
- The accounts involved: the seller and the buyer
- The quantity of securities bought back
- The sale price
💡You can record multiple disposals at once by adding one line per disposal, as long as it is the same security on the same sale date.
3️⃣ Add the documents related to the transaction: you can import them from your computer or select them from the Equify library, if you had previously added them.
(ex: CERFA, ODM, sales contract, etc)
4️⃣If you want to have documents related to the transaction signed directly on Equify, you can do so during this step.
