How do I resend an access e-mail to a holder ?
You've opened access to one of your company's subscribers, but he or she tells you he or she hasn't received the access e-mail.
The first step is to ask the owner to check his or her spam and junk mail files.
If the e-mail cannot be found, follow these steps :
① Go to the account tab and select the relevant account :

② Set accesses to NO then save :

③ Once the accesses are set to NO, repeat the operation and set the accesses to YES, then save. This will send a new e-mail.
