What should I do if there is an error in a document sent for signature?

You have just sent a document for signature and notice that one or more pieces of information are incorrect.

Whether or not the document has already been signed by the holder, it can be deleted and replaced.

① To do this, go to the Library and search for the document in question.

② Click Edit, then Delete.

 

 

③ Upload the corrected document and restart the send-for-signature process directly from the library.

💡 You can then link the document to the transaction and share it with the relevant holder.

➡️ Several documents were sent for signature to the same holder at the same time: this means they are all grouped in the same signature envelope.

❌ Deleting only the incorrect document will cancel the entire signature process.

✅ Solution: delete all the documents and resend them for signature from the library. You can then link them to the relevant transaction.
