Monitoring, management and details of pools
On Equify, the notion of pools refers to the delegations voted during the General Assembly that allow the President (or any other governing bodies), to decide on the issuance of equity securities (i.e common stocks) or securities giving access to the company's capital (e.g: stock-options grants).
① Understanding the Pools View
The Pools view displays all of the company's pools in chronological order. For each pool, the following information is available:
- The pool status: Not Started, Ongoing, Expired, Completed
- The number of shares available in the pool: these are the shares authorized under the pool that have not yet been allocated
- Whether completed grants can be reintegrated into the pool
- The pool expiration date
② Understanding Pool Details
Within the pool details page, analytics related to your pools and associated grants are available: number of options/BSPCE granted, exercisable, exercised, cancelled, reintegrated into the pool, etc.
