Equify automates the tracking of your option pools:
On Equify, the notion of pools refers to the delegations voted during the General Assembly that allow the President (or any other governing bodies), to decide on the issuance of equity securities (i.e common stocks) or securities giving access to the company's capital (e.g: stock-options grants).
For each pool, you can see:
- Its status: ongoing, expired
- The number of shares available: it refers to the number of shares or stock-options that can be subscribed but have not yet been
- Wether the terminated or expired grants are returnable (meaning that they will go back into the pool)
- Its expiration date
