Events management

Equify allows you to organise your transactions by grouping them into events that you can create according to your needs. 
Your events allow you to group the transactions and the related documentation to an event of your company's life (e.g: fundraising, stock-options grants, departure of an employee, General Assembly ...). They are ranked chronologically.
