This article summarises the documents you will need to transcribe your company's capital history to your Equify account.
In addition to the documents listed in the tables below, we strongly advise you to rely on the following documents :
- Your share movement register, the history of which should be transcribed transaction by transaction on Equify
- Your capitalisation table at different dates or stages of your company's construction
These will allow you to proceed chronologically without omitting any transaction.

Current transactions include : incorporation, sales of shares and/or capital increases (particularly when raising funds).
