When an employee takes a special leave of absence (sabbatical leave, long-term unpaid leave, etc.) it may be necessary to record a vesting suspension in order to pause the acquisition of the shares that have been allocated to him.
Here are some cases in which a vesting suspension may be recorded :
- Jules, a loyal BSPCE beneficiary, decides to take a sabbatical for a round-the-world trip in 80 days (or more).
- Matthieu, a lucky AGA beneficiary is now a young father, wishes to take a parental leave.
To enter your vesting suspension transaction, here are the steps to follow :
1️⃣ Add a new transaction and select Suspension :

3️⃣ Enter the inherent informations of the suspension :

🟣 The pause end date
💡 If the holder concerned by the suspension has several vestings in progress, you can suspend several of the vested securities simultaneously.
