How do I grant access to one or more accounts on Equify?

By default, account holders do not have access to their Equify account.

① How to invite multiple account holders on Equify

1️⃣ Go to the Accounts tab to view all account holders.

You can use the Filters feature and select the type of account relationship you’re interested in (e.g. employees or founders).

2️⃣ Select the accounts for which you want to grant access and click on Manage access.

3️⃣ Set Access to YES for the contacts you want to grant access to, then click Save.

The selected contacts will receive an email with an invitation link to access their account.

You can drag the YES value across multiple rows (like in Excel), so you don’t have to update each account one by one.

👉 Want to grant access to all people who don’t yet have access?
Click on Filters, set the Access filter to No, then select the relevant account holders.

② How to invite a single account holder on Equify

1️⃣ Find the account you want to grant access to via the Accounts tab or directly using the search bar in the top right corner.

2️⃣ For the selected account, click on the three dots at the end of the row and choose Manage contacts.

3️⃣ Select the contact you want to grant access to. In the Access column, choose YES, then click Save.
An invitation email will be sent to the contact so they can create their Equify account and log in.

Want to grant access to another contact for this account?
Add a new contact by clicking the + Add button and select YES for access.
