How does the Securities table work?

The Security Table lets you review all issued securities (shares, equity awards, and other instruments), understand key information at a glance, and perform certain actions (edit / duplicate a security).

① How to access the Security Table

Open the Capitalisation tab, then select Securities.

② What you can do with the Security Table

  • See who holds each security.
  • Review the outstanding quantity (calculated as of the selected date; by default: today’s date).
  • Browse by security category using the tabs.
  • Find a security using search, filters, and sorting.

③ Understand the categories

The table is organised into 4 tabs:

  • All: all categories combined
  • Shares: ordinary shares, preferred shares
  • Equity awards: stock options, BSPCE, etc.
  • Other securities: Air warrants, phantom shares, …

④ Search, filter, and sort securities

  1. Type a keyword in the search bar.
  2. The table shows matching securities within the current tab.
  3. Results may be grouped by type.
  4. Sort by date of first issue / valuation

You can keep the default sorting, or switch to ascending / descending order.
