How does the Securities table work?
The Security Table lets you review all issued securities (shares, equity awards, and other instruments), understand key information at a glance, and perform certain actions (edit / duplicate a security).
① How to access the Security Table
Open the Capitalisation tab, then select Securities.

② What you can do with the Security Table
- See who holds each security.
- Review the outstanding quantity (calculated as of the selected date; by default: today’s date).
- Browse by security category using the tabs.
- Find a security using search, filters, and sorting.
③ Understand the categories

The table is organised into 4 tabs:
- All: all categories combined
- Shares: ordinary shares, preferred shares
- Equity awards: stock options, BSPCE, etc.
- Other securities: Air warrants, phantom shares, …
④ Search, filter, and sort securities
- Type a keyword in the search bar.
- The table shows matching securities within the current tab.
- Results may be grouped by type.
- Sort by date of first issue / valuation…

You can keep the default sorting, or switch to ascending / descending order.
