How does the Securities view work?

The Securities view shows all of your company's securities, organised by type (Ordinary shares, Preference shares, Free shares, etc.), and by alphabetical order.

For each security you get an overview of: 

• for a security representing capital: the current quantity (as of today)
• for a security giving access to capital: the current quantity (as of today) and expiry date or period

You can access the side panel of each security, and get:

• the security's details
• the list of holders (Capitalisation)
• the list of transactions involving the security (Transactions)
• the list of related documents
