How do I create a BSPCE ?

① Click on +Add, then on Securities and choose BSPCE

② Fill in the title and details of the BSPCE

Refer to your legal documentation. It will specify :

The name of the security
The date of first issue (date of the AGM which decided to issue the security)
The underlying share : to which share does the exercise of a BSPCE entitle the holder
The impact of a stock-split
The exercise price
The conversion ratio : the number of underlying shares to which the exercise of a BSPCE entitles the holder
The BSPCE expiration date

③ Select the vesting condition(s)
