How to send documents for signature on Equify?

Our signature protocol is meeting eIDAS requirements N° 910/2014 (electronic IDentification, Authentication and trust Services).

There are two ways to get documents signed on Equify:

👉 Via a transaction creation workflow :

1️⃣  Create a new transaction, and add your documents at the step "documents".

For more information on the creation of a transaction click here

2️⃣  Once you uploaded your document, check that the signature fields have been correctly identified.

In order to get your document signed you have to make sure it contains at least one signature field

3️⃣  If you have a consent protocol, you can activate it by clicking the corresponding button and typing the text to be copied by each signer.

💡 You can also use our templating solution to customise you consent protocol. The  smartfields available to do so are the following :

{quantity}, {quantity in words}, {price}, {price in words} and {security}

⚠️  The consent protocol is only available for Subscriptions and Grants

⚠️ The consent protocol does not appear on the documents, however you can find it in the signature proof file which you can download from your library :

👉 If you want the sentence to appear, you will need to write it "in hard" on your document.

4️⃣  If you added a signature field for the company's representative, select the signer amongst the administrators' list and check their contact information.

5️⃣  Check all of the signers' contact information before validation.

Emails and phone numbers are mandatory to sign the document.

💡 If you wish, you can remove the signature validation by sms, for that, you just have to write to us at the support address: support@equify.eu

✨ You can now find your documents in your library, in the "Pending signatures" tab:
