To have one or several documents signed as part of a transaction, you must, in the Signatures step :
1️⃣ Check that your signature tags have been detected.
2️⃣ Indicate whether you want the signatory to type a consent protocol and then type the text you want the signatory to type.
You can use our templating feature to customise your consent protocol. Supported smartfields are: account name, security name, quantity, quantity in words, price and price in words.
The consent protocol is only available for grant and subscription transactions.
3️⃣ If your document is to be signed by a company representative, select the person concerned from the list of your company's directors, and complete their personal details if necessary.
4️⃣ Check the personal details of the account holders.
Equify's electronic signature uses a double authentication process (email & phone number). You should therefore ensure that the information you provide is up to date before sending your document for signature.
