How can I reflect my unallocated shares in the capitalization table?
During a General Meeting, a new delegation, also referred to as a pool, was approved. This delegation (or pool) allows for the allocation of a maximum number of shares to employees and, in certain cases, to investors.
In order to reflect this delegation and account for its potential dilution impact in the capitalization table, it is necessary to create a new pool.
Please follow the procedure below: How to add a pool?
Once the pool has been created, it will be included in the Fully Diluted (FD) capitalization table.
You will then be able to monitor the pool's status, including the number of shares allocated, the number of shares remaining to be allocated, its expiration date, and other relevant information.
